We will discuss Ben Rhoads “All We Say: The battle for American Identity—a history in 15 speeches”. Read one or more of the speeches to discuss at the meeting. Speeches include well known orators: Ben Franklin, Abraham Lincoln, Frederick Douglas, Dolores Huerta and Martin Luther King; names that may be new to you: Red Jacket, Maria Stewart, Anna Dickinson and Mary Lease and of varied political perspectives including Alexander Stephens, FDR, Ronald Reagan, Barack Obama and Donald Trump.
